hello sir m sunil kore now m doing diploma in mechanical engineering,i want some information regarding marchant navy, i hope you will help me..thanking you

As a diploma student you are not eligible for Merchant navy with diploma qualification.
For entering in to Merchant navy we have two routes.
First route is after 10+2 (with physics, chemistry and mathematics) if you complete Bachelor’s degree in Nautical Science or Marine engineering then you can eligible to join in navy as a officer.
Second route is direct entry route. Through this route if you complete the Engineering degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Technology Engineering then you have a chance to join the Merchant navy as a Engine Cadet/ Fifth Engineer/ Junior Engineer.
So, if you complete your diploma along with engineering degree you have a chance to join in Merchant Navy through direct entry route

You can join straight into Merchant Navy after Diploma in Mechanical Engineering by doing 2 Years DG Shipping Approved Course at Maritime Training Institutes like IMS Goa. It's simple and Companies do take Diploma holders as Trainee Marine Engineers Onboard.
