The advertisement for Civil Services examination is not yet published but the schedule
of the examination has been disclosed by UPSC.
The notification for the exam will be published on 19th February, 2011
The last date of receipt of application is 21st March, 2011.

IAS means Indian Academic Service this exam is conducted by UPSC
in every year. According to UPSC website i give you important date
of IAS exam:
Important Date of IAS Exam:

You can obtained the application form of IAS exam from the post office
