As position change may be test conducted changes Physical Fitness Test (PFT) are as shown below :
1)A 1.6 Km run to be completed within 7 minutes. 2)Candidates will also have to complete 10 push-ups 3)10 sit-ups 4)20 squats within the stipulated time |
