NDA stands for National Defense Academy and it is an academy meant for providing education and necessary training to those who manages to qualify NDA entrance examination and are willing to be an defense officer.

--> NDA entrance examinations are held twice every year by UPSC twice every year in two stages which includes Written Examination and SSB ( Service Selection Board ) interview respectively.

--> The minimum qualification that you must possess for appearing in the same examination are as here under :-

* You must be an unmarried Indian male candidate with your age lying within 16.5 years to 19.5 years.

* You must have completed your Class 12th in any discipline from a recognized board of education. But to join Indian Navy or Indian Air force your academics must include PCM group as main subjects.

* You must satisfy the physical and mental fitness as per the service requirement norms.

Now as far as you are concerned about the minimum aggregate in Class 12th for being eligible for NDA examination then there is no certain percentage barrier as any Class 12th passed candidate satisfying other criteria is allowed to appear in the same examination.
