CS (Company Secretary) course is conducted by ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India). There are 3 different type of courses i.e., foundation course, executive and professional course. The admission for this courses are given based on the performance in the exam. The exam is conducted twice every year.

The eligibility requirements for the CS course are as follows.

Foundation course:
- The educational qualification required is 10+2 or equivalent education in any stream from any recognised board.
- There is no minimum percentage requirements.
- There is no age limit.

Executive and professional course:
- The educational qualification required is graduation degree in any related stream from any recognised university.
- No percentage criteria.
- No age limit required.

If you have completed your graduation level degree then you can enter directly into executive course without studying foundation course.
