B.Tech degree is enough to find a rewarding career in public/private sector. M.Tech degree is usually preferred for candidates interested to work in teaching field. It is difficult to distinguish a particular stream as best for girls. Girls can select any of their interested subjects. Streams like genetic engineering, biotechnology, marine engineering and aeronautical engineering offer lucrative salary for employed candidates.
