Respected Sir, I want to get a scholarship and I come under OBC category. I have and Income certificate but I don't have the Caste certificate. I want to know is it necessary to have OBC certificate to get a scholarship? If yes then how can I get one? Please answer as soon as possible.

It depends on which scholarship you are claiming. If you are availing a scholarship which is available for OBC candidates, then you have to produce OBC certificate.
You can easily apply for new OBC certificate by just visiting in your Tehsile or Sub-Tehsile. You will required following documents for a new OBC certificate:

Income certificate.
Aadhaar card
Passport size latest photograph.

Visit the tensile and complete the file for new OBC certificate. After two days, you will be issued OBC certificate.
