dear for the written exams,

you should go through the syllabus of the particular exams.

the most of the syllabus is from your own subjects,

so prepare well all the syllabus.

give the mock test and analysis your performance.

and for the interview improve your communication specially in English.

have a knowledge about the company.

Hi!
For interview preparation you need to have good communication skill. You have good general knowledge and current affairs.
You can solve resoning and apptitude by R.S aggarwal available in the market.
You also take some extra coaching for preparation.
If you joins some training institutes for this it is more beneficial for you.
