i am in class 10 wanted to giv e nda exams after completing my 10 please tell me the proceder step by step

NDA (National Defence Academy) is one of the platforms through which you can express your indomitable spirit for your own country India.

Eligibility for Indian Army :
1:You should pass 12(10+2)th or its equivalent from State Board / Universities. you can also apply as appearing for 12th examination.

2:Marital Status:Unmarried

3:Sex :Male.

4:Age Limit : Between 16.5 and 19.

5:Nationality:
You have to be A citizen of India, or
subject of Bhutan, or
subject of Nepal, or
Tibetan refugee .

The UPSC (NDA) exam is conducted twice a year (April and October.

Selection Procedure: National Defence Academy selects the candidates in three phases :

i)A written examination by the Union Public Service Commission(UPSC).

ii)An interview by the Service Selection Board(SSC) to check the potentialities Intelligence and personality.

ii)A medical examination by a Service Medical Board(SMB).

The written examination is of two papers of all objective type questions.

i)Mathematics of 2.5 hours maximum number 300 including Arithmetic, Mensuration, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics.

ii)General Ability test of 2.5 hours maximum number 600 including General English, General Knowledge,Physics,Chemistry,General Science,History,Freedom Movement,Geography,Current Event

After clearing the written exam you will be called for a five-day interview process with the State Selection Board (SSB) which is the final step of selection.

On completion of the NDA course, you are sent to the respective service academies for your pre- commission training.


Important dates/schedule of NDA-II exam-2011:

Date of notification of NDA exam- : 5th May , 2012

Last Date for Receipt of Applications either by hand or by Post/Speed Post or by Courier : 4th June , 2012

Date of Examination : 19th August, 2012.

After 10th standard you are not eligible for NDA exam.But afyer completion of your 12th you are eligible for NDA exam.Details about NDA exam is given below.

Those candidate have completed their 12th standard are eligible for NDA exam.

But your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.

Only unmarried male candidate are applicable.

SELECTION PROCEDURE FOR NDA EXAM:-

1) Written test which is conducted by UPSC.

2)Personal Interview.

EXAM DATE FOR NDA EXAM:-

Date of commencement of notification : 31-12-2011
Last date to receive completed application forms : 30-01-2012
Date of NDA I Exam : 15-04-2012

You are not eligible for NDA after 10th. NDA exam is conducted by UPSC twice in a year.

With 10th qualification you are not eligible for NDA exam.So to eligible for NDA exam you should complete 12th class with PCM stream.

National Defense Academy (NDA) exam is conducted by upsc twice in a year to intake qualified Candidate for different department in Defense service like Indian Airforce, Indian Navy,Indian Army.

Eligibility criteria for NDA exam:
Education qualification: Minimum candidate should complete 12th class with PCM stream.
Age Limit: Age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years.

Firstly, I have to Informed You that, After completing 10Th examination you are Not eligible to apply for NDA Examination !!

NDA Stands for National Defense Academy and this examination is Conducted by UPSC, Twice in a year.

To apply for this examination, You have to complete your 12Th examination form a recognised board. Final year 12Th appearing candidates are also eligible for NDA Examination. So, If you are Interested to apply for NDA Examination, then please complete your 12Th examination and then you are eligible for NDA Examination.

The Minimum eligibility to apply for NDA Examination is 12Th, Those who completed his Intermediate examination are eligible for NDA Examination.

And You must have attained the age of 16.5 Years and Not have attained the age of 19 Years.

Eligible candidates may Fill the NDA Application form Online Only, Because No Other mode of application should be Accepted.

But, You are Not eligible to apply for this examination, So please complete your 12Th examination and then apply for this examination. The Notification of This examination will be Published in the employment Newspaper or in the UPSC Website.

So, please complete your 12Th examination with Maths and Physics as a compulsory subjects and then you are eligible for all the Wings, So please complete your 12Th examination and for more Information about this examination then please check official website :

Hear the NDA means National Defense Academy It was conducted by the UPSC.
this exam was conducted Twice in a year.
The NDA II was already completed and the NEXT year dates also released from the official websites.
The NDA exam will be conducted on 15/04/2012
The date of applications available from the websites:31/Dec/2011
The last date to apply for the NDA exam is:01/Jan/2012.

The notification for the NDA II exam is
The application date to fill the NDA exam is: 5/May/2012
The last date to fill the exam is:4/June/2012
The Exam will be held on:19/Aug/212

Eligibility Criterion for NDA

NDA (National Defence Academy) exam is held twice a year in the months of April and August..

In order to appear for NDA..you should have the following minimum qualifications first :-

1) You should be a 12th pass out (Physics,Chemistry and Maths are necessary subjects in your 12th boards..if you wish to join Air Force or Navy)

2) You should be within the age limit of 16.5-19 years..

3) You should be an unmarried male..

You should have perfect eyesight and good physical health..

The written exam shall test you on the following things :-

English
Basic Maths
General Knowledge

You will have to first clear the written exam..then the interview and then the medical examination..

I have also attached the physical requirements that a candidate needs to clear the medical examination..Just go through it..

After completion of 10th standard you will not be able to apply for NDA exam..

For that you have to complete 12th at least..

After completion of 12th in any stream you can apply for NDA exam..

SO, go for 12th first , then think about NDA exam..

Sorry, you cannot apply for NDA after just passing the 10th class examination.
To apply for NDA, you have to qualify the 10+2 course or any equivalent from a recognized Board/University.
