The eligibility criteria for admission in any discipline of engineering is:
1. You must have passed 12th with PCM subjects or appearing for board examination from any recognized board. 2. Admission is either direct on basis of marks in 12th in private engineering colleges or through entrance exams like JEE, BITSAT, VITEEE etc. You are not eligible for admission as you have failed in 12th board exams. |

To become an Aeronautical Engineer after completion of your 10th standard, you have to pursue 11th and 12th standard with Science stream from a Government recognised board. After completion of your 12th standard with Science stream, you have to pursue your higher studies in Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering course. After completion of your Aeronautical Engineering course with good subject knowledge, you can work as a Aeronautical Engineer.

The procedure to become Aeronautical Engineering:
The very first step is to pursue senior secondary from a recognized board of India like CBSE or ICSE or state board in Science stream. Your science stream subjects should include Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. In next step, you should apply for engineering entrance exam called Joint Entrance Exam. The examination conducting authority is CBSE. It has two stages namely JEE Main and Advanced. After securing good rank, you can definitely get admission in top college. |

Re: Procedure to become an aeronautical engineer after 10th standard?
How can you think to get admission in bachelor's degree course after failing in board examination of 12th. This is not possible.
In India the minimum prerequisite to get admission in engineering course is that you should be 12th board exam passed and generally 50% marks is minimum percentage of marks. Only science stream candidates with Physics and Mathematics can pursue engineering course. Failed students of 12th should appear for supplementary exam or again board exam in next year to obtain minimum qualification for any graduation course. Hope the information helps and clears you doubt regarding your eligibility. |

The procedure to become an aeronautical engineering after 10th standard:
Since you have failed in 12th standard, there is no possibility for you to take admission in bachelor's degree in Aeronautical engineering. Only candidates who have passed in board of senior secondary are eligible for admission in engineering course. You should reappear for board exam and secure good marks in subjects in which you have failed to become eligible for admission in engineering. |

Re: Procedure to become an aeronautical engineer after 10th standard?
You can not get admission in Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering because you have failed in 12th. Higher secondary is the minimum academic qualification required for admission in Bachelor of Technology.
Candidates who fail in qualifying exam can not get admission in Engineering courses. You can apply for next year exam of Higher secondary board to score better marks and become eligible for engineering courses. |
