sir, i want to know that how to became a income a income officer after complition of b.com and its procedure

You need to be a graduate to become the income tax officer.

The graduation can be done in any discpline.

age limit is 18-27 years

Then you have to give a written exam conducted by the SSC.

If you qualify for the written exam then you will be called for the personal interview.
