Procedure to get admission in first year B.Com? What is the last date for admission?


please tell me the procedure in detail to get admission in first year b.com.
I have obtained eligibility certificate receipt from university but certificate will be obtained after 7 days. can i get my admission using the receipt? the last date for admission is 31st Aug.
please help me out...ASAP.
