What kind of skills are expected from Programming Developers Industries?, because, I have completed my graduation(B.E. Computer Science and Engineering) at 2009 batch and I have worked one year in KBO, but also I am interesting to join the Software developers companies. I knew the basic knowledge of the programming languages like C, C++, Java, HTML and C#. So, how to get a good job?

Kindly explain and show the required way to get a good job.

learn the data structures available in the languages.
do some projects or go for internships.
improve your coding style like documentation etc.....
understand OS concepts well, that differentiate you from others..

i have knowledge about only the basic concepts then how can i get a job?

i am doing mca in 2010 but since now i didn't find any jobs

i have done MCA with 54.9% now i am interested to do Phd. I am doing a job as a Senior Research Fellow(SRF) in computer Scince. Can I do phd in the bases of our job experience from IGNOU. Please answer me quickly. thanks

Its very good for you to have knowledge about the basic languages.If you

want to be a software devoloper than its good for you to choose java

language.You can make software with the help of java languages easily.It will

give you so much opportunities.You have to focus on the perticular language

so it can help you for your future.There is so much scope for a java

programmer.Its very good for you to having good knowledge about java

language.

you have the knowledge of the java c, c++ and HTML, then you can choose the two field.

programming and the web designing.

You have mentioned that you are interested in the programming field(software field) then you can increase your knowledge on the java language.

java is a world wide language, it is also a platform independent language.

by this you can make the software and try to make different type of projects.

I'm also in the same position as u....... except that I have not worked in a KPO or BPO..... I also want to learn new technologies..... but in a mess-----------that whether these will be usefull enough to get me a job......I think a course in Andriod would be better!!

hello sir, i am completed my10th(2002)with 65%regular pass,10 2(2006)with57%supplementary pass, b.tech (2007-11)with61%regular pass.In the time of 10 2 before 1yr distance and after 2yrs distance for due to financial problems.now i was interest in software job but i don't have any skills.last month i am joining a course of core java.Then how can i get the software job.so please give me a suggestion and ways to get a job.thank u sir.

GOOD If you know the C++/Java/.Net and HTML these are much for you.Strong these language completely because many big software companies are working n java and .Net.

So do strong these programming languages.Java is better for you if you choose for Software company.Because maximum companies are working on this language.If you are strong in java you can in any software company directly or after searching the job in it with the help of job websites and Employment Newspapers.

There is Direct Interview in some company and some companies take written test for recruit the Candidate.
So become Strong in Java and apply in a good Software company with yourm knowledge.
