1. For becoming a judge first you should have LLB degree and if your age is less than 25 yrs then you can appear directly for state government exam " Judicial Magistrate Of First Class". But if your age is more than 25 yrs then you must have experience of individual practcing as an Advocate.

2. Pls refer point no. 1. Advocate can not promoted as judge, but he/she can become public prosecutor after 7 yrs of practicing as an Advocate.

3. LLB (if after graduation) or LLB (done after 12th).

4. Its state government process initially, after your experience you can promoted as central government employee.

Go to college. The first step is earning a bachelor's degree.
Go to law school. Study for and take the Law School Admission Test (LSAT). Apply to and get accepted to a law school. After three years of study, you will earn your law degree.

First of all He completed his LLB.. after 10+2 or after graduation..

Then you can work as a lawyer at least 10 years..

But the age limit of Judge is Shouldn't exit 45 years old..

If a person working in court in india as assistant staff, but he is law graduate than can he get age relaxation in judiciary examination? If yes than how much relaxation? Because some of department declares no limitations of age for their employees for appearing further examination for promotion.
