The LLB program are regulated by the Bar Council of India and the norms are set by the same. As per the guidelines, the maximum age limit to pursue the 5 years integrated LLB program is 20 years for the general candidates and 22 years for the reserved candidates. The maximum age limit to pursue the 3 year post graduation LLB program is 30 years for the general candidates and 35 years for the reserved candidates.

The Mahatama Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth offers three years LLB program. Candidate who have completed the Degree program with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks are eligible for admission to the LLB program. The admission to LLB First Semester are as per the rules prescribed by the Bar Council of India.
