What is the amount to be paid for SET exam and where to submit?


What is the amount to be paid for SET exam and where shall we submit the form in Mumbai. Even needed guidelines to crack SET exam. Thank You!

dear friend

The SET examination fees including processing fee are Rs. 550/- for Open Candidates and Rs. 450/- for SC /ST /OBC and Physically Handicapped candidates. The examination fees can be paid only by a Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank payable at Pune in the name of “The Registrar,University of Pune”. Examination fees once paid
cannot be refunded. for more detail rgarding SET exams then please read the given

The fees to be deposited for SET exam is Rs. 550 for general/open category students, and Rs. 450 for reserved category.

The demand draft is to be drawn for -

The Registrar,
University of Pune.


Last date for Online Form Submission is 19th June 2010
and last Date of Hard Copy Submission : 24th June 2010.

To register for SET exam, you have to send a draft of Rs. 550 [ general category] and 450 [for reserved category].

You can apply online www.unipune.ernet.in/set
Fees can be paid through a DD drawn in favour of the registrar, university of pune. It is conducted in 12 centres including Mumbai. Fee is 550 for general and 450 for reserved categories

1. Open Category -- Rs.550.00/-

2. Reserved Category (SC/ST/DTNT/SBC/OBC) &
Visually Handicapped (VH i.e. Blind) and Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates--Rs 450/-

The examination fees can be paid only by a demand draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank payable at Pune in the name of "The Registrar, University of Pune".

Examination fees once paid cannot be refunded.

Fee of SET Examination:-

General candidate :- Rs.550/- (Including Application form Processing Fee)

For SC/ST/DT/NT/OBC/SBC/PH/VH :- Rs.450/- (Including Application form Processing Fee)

Demand Draft should be in the Favour of “The Registrar University of Pune” and must be drawn on any Nationalized Bank, Payable at Pune.
You have to write your name, application number, subject and centre on the backside of DD(Demand Draft).
