what are the benefits of giving GATE exam for the purpose of job in it sector.
where will i get benifited and how??

Yes my friend, there is a great benefit if you have get a job recently and you also have GATE score card then you will get better chance to get training in the company which you are selected.But although it is a little benefit. Besides this, if you do well in the training then also you get benefit from the company. We have to remember that GATE score card is only valuable first life i.e. 1 to years in the company.

It doesn't matter whether you are a Master or a Bachelor in your field.
It all depends on them as they treat both a B.Tech or a M.tech in the same way.
They provide the same designation.
The salary scale is also more or less equal.
Even they give priority to recruit the freshers.

It is a must to give the GATE exam if you wish to go for M.Tech. The exam will be based on the area you specialised. You will not be able to secure a job by just appearing for this exam. You need to complete M.Tech to get the benefit of additional qualification. If you are looking for a Government job you can appear for exams like IES, IFS etc.
