Re: What is the difference between BSc IT and computer engineering? Which field has more scope?
B.Sc IT means Bachelor of Science through Information Technology stream. While Computer Engineering generally refers to a B.Tech or B.E. graduation in Computer Science and Engineering.
B.Sc. emphasis mainly on theoretical approach in comparison to B.Tech. So, a candidate pursuing B.Sc. may not have more technical knowledge in comparison to a B.Tech graduate irrespective of his own efforts. So, MNCs and IT Companies mostly hires a technical graduates. Because, they have much technical knowledge than a B.Sc Graduate. So, B.Tech from Computer Science and Engineering would definitely have good scope than B.Sc. |
