What is the difference between Chordate and Vertebrate? What is the difference?


is there any difference between chordate and vertebrate..? If yes then, what is the difference.?

Chordate or chordata is a phylum of scientific classification. It includes all the major vertebrates, including birds, fish, reptiles, amphibians, and mammals.
So all the vertebrates are chordates.Vertebrates include the overwhelming majority of the phylum chordata.
