No, you are not eligible for the National Defence Academy entrance exam because for this exam as per rules and regulations of Union Public Service Commission, those who are unmarried male candidates can only apply.

Girls are not eligible for this exam. In case of Combined Defence Services, both unmarried male and female candidates are eligible for the exam but for this minimum academic qualification is bachelor's degree.

NDA exam was recently commenced by UPSC on 27 September, 2015.

If your age is between 16.5 to 19 years, then you can apply for NDA Exam.

Since, your age is 16 years, so you are not eligible now to appear for NDA Exam.

Also, only unmarried male candidates are allowed to appear for NDA Exam.

As you are a female candidate, so you cannot apply for NDA Exam.

However, you can apply for CDS Exam after completing Graduation from any recognized university.

In CDS, you can apply for Officers Training Academy.

Sorry, you are not eligible to appear for the NDA examination. NDA stands for the National Defense Academy and the examination is conducted by the UPSC twice every year.

As according to the notification of the UPSC only male candidates are eligible to appear for the examination. So you need to wait for the CDS examination to join the defense services.
