What is the eligibility criteria to join Indian Navy after completion of Engineering?
A student presently doing engineerin course have d chance to join INDIAN NAVY? If so wat are d eligibilities needed?

Yes, an engineering candidate can apply for a job in the Indian navy after successfully completing the engineering graduation. The candidates should be Indian nationals.
Only male candidates who are unmarried can apply. The age limit should be 19 – 24 years. The mode of selection is through a written examination. The candidates should attend the CDS exam. Those who get through the written test will be called for an interview and physical test also. |

Yes, ofcourse one can join Indian navy after completing his/her engineering in Marine. But, if you think that one can join this while pursuing his degree its not possible.
Procedure to join: 1. One should have to clear C.D.S. exam conducted by U.P.S.C. twice in year. 2. Age Limits: 19-24 yrs. * Only graduate in Marine engineering can apply, or B.sc. in Physics etc. The exam is conducted in three stages: 1. Written Exam 2. Interview 3. Medical Exam |

Dear aspirant you can join indian navy after engineering by giving CDS exam.
You have to clear CDS exam after that you will be called for SSB interview. Eligibility for Indian navy in CDS: Graduation in engineering or physics and maths. Age : 19 years to 25 years BEST OF LUCK... |

After completion of Engineering one can join Indian Navy through appearing CDS entrance exam.
UPSC conducts CDS(Combined Defence Service) entrance exam twice every year as CDS-I and CDS-II for entry in to Indian Military Academy, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officer's Training Academy of CDS. To be eligible for Indian Navy of CDS one must be an unmarried Indian male candidate only. He should have either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised University. He should be within the age of 19 to 22 years of age with good Physical Fitness. As you have completed Graduation Degree in Engineering you are eligible to apply for CDS. Definitely you can join the Indian Navy.For this you have to appear in the entrance exam known as the CDS.This exam is conducted twice in a year by the Upsc. To be eligible for this exam it is must to have a graduation degree in engineering strem or in science stream.Also appearing aspirant's age must lie in between 19 years to 24 years to be completely eligible for this examination. As you have completed your graduation degree course in engineering stream so by this you are fulfilling the basic eligibility criteria of this exam, if you are below 24 years than only you will be eligible for this exam. |
