sir i have drop three year after my 12th .i want to know that what problem will i face in future at the time of clg placement and in psu,s .i,m the student of 3rd b.tech chemical engg

i may fai in 12 cbse can i opt for nios exams is it secure ,and when willl thr regestration go on/.
