And whats the procedure for this?

Yo can get admission in LLB course after Intermediate examination, but for this you have to apply for the CLAT(Common Law admission test). If you have scored good marks and rank in CLAT, then you will get admission in top Law colleges of India.

After Intermediate examination you can take admission in 5 year LLB course.

It is an all India entrance test conducted by 14 National Law Universities for admissions to five-year integrated under-graduate and post graduate degree programmes.

To apply for this examination for 5 year LLB Course, you have to complete your Intermediate examination with minimum 50% marks or its equivalent qualification from a recognised Board, Final year appearing candidates are also apply for this examination.

You should not be more than 20 years in case of General/OBC candidates. 22 years in case of SC/ST and persons with Disability. If you have fulfill the above mentioned eligibility criteria then you are eligible for CLAT Entrance examination.

The examination is objective and the questions is asked from these areas, so please prepared well for this exam as per the pattern and then apply for this examination.

Exam Pattern:

=> English including Comprehension
=> General Knowledge/ Current Affairs
=> Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability)
=> Legal Aptitude
=> Logical Reasoning.

Yes you can definitely do LLB after 12th standard. The order you should follow to do this is that you should first fill the form of Common Law admission test. The notification for this exam is generally comes out in the month of January to February. It is conducted by NLU's(National law universities of India). You have to then clear this exam which is a objective type paper. After that you will get a call from NLU's based on your marks and then there will be an interview session. After that document submission and then you are done. The LLB course through NLU is of 5 year and as you said that you are in Rajasthan so the nearest NLU for you would be Gandhinagar NLU.

The exam is a objective type exam and 200 marks is there for 200 questions.
The sections are English, GK, Maths, Logical reasoning and legal aptitude.

LLB stands for Bachelor of Law. The admission for LLB course is based on CLAT Examination. If you score good percentage in CLAT Examination then you will get admission in reputed colleges.

LLB doing after the 12 class and Bachelor degree. Afer the 12 class LLB take a admission for Five Year and Bachelor degree take a admission for Three year.

Admission to the Five Year Law Course

A Candidate passing the H.S.C (10+2) examination with minimum 45% marks at the first attempt and Admission will be given strictly on merit.

Admission to the Three Year Law Course

H/She has completed BA/BSc/B Com or any other bachelor's degree with not less than 45% marks at graduate level. However, for SC/ST candidates, minimum percentage of marks will be 40%.

You can do LLB Course , Bu you can't directly Apply for LLB Course . Being a 12th Standard your eligible to apply for Integrated LLB Course .

Integrated LLB Course Means , Bachelor degree Course + LLB Course . So your can apply for Integrated LLB Course After Completing 12th standard.

Integrated LLB Course is like an Bachelor degree Course . The duration of the Course is for five years and the Course is divided into ten semester.

To Join in Integrated LLB Course than you should Complete 12th standard (or) Equivalent Examination in any discipline from recognized University .

Any discipline can eligible to apply for this Examination . You should also Qualified in Entrance Examination like, CLAT ( Common Law Admission Test ) Examination Etc..

After passing 12th if you want to take admission in top Law College then you have to qualify the entrance exam called C.L.A.T.

Common Law Admission Test(C.L.AT)

C.L.A.T exam is conducted by National Law University Jhoadpur.

ELIGIBILITY FOR C.L.A.T
> Pass 12th with minimum 45% marks with any stream.
For ST/SC candidate minimum 40% marks is require.
> You age should be less then 20 year.
For ST/SC candidate age should be not above 22 year.
> Candidate msut be citizen of India.

Law after 10+2 is of 5 years duration course and you have to apply for Entrance exam to get admission into the top Law college.

You can apply for CLAT which is a Common Law Admission Test.

Eligibility for CLAT:

For 5 years LLB 10+2 pass with atleast 50% marks from a recognised Board of Education.

Age should be below 20 years if you are applying for 5 years course.

You must be an Indian Citizen.

Examination Pattern of CLAT:

The examination will be of 2 hours duration and it will be objective type paper having 200 questions. It will have following sections.

But they have only 4 seats for all india general category and 60 for army BG students. So is it a good option or not to apply for the same. Yes, you can apply for LLB after 12th. You may either choose BA LLB or BBA LLB five year integrated undergraduate program. You need to give the entrance examination for getting admission. Every college conducts their own entrance examination.
