you should give your answer honestly what you want to do. if you will switch to another company which offer higher salary then tell them. it's not true that if you tell them that you will switch to other company so they will not select you. everyone knows that if any other company offer someone some better opportunity and higher salary then he/she will swap to that company.

but you should tell that only salary is not the factor to switch in other company. work environment and job satisfaction is the main thing to be involve in a job. so if you are suitable in one company and you are doing well there and getting promotion then there is no way to swap in other company.

you will expect liberty and good work environment in one company.if this company is able to give you that then surely you should not switch to other company even other company offers you little bit higher salary.

your answer must indicate that you will serve in their company but also you are looking for better opportunity and good work environment. that will be the best way i think to reply for this question.

best of luck.

hello every one..

In this blog, recruiting specialist Tim Heard addresses a question from a TechRepublic member. Here’s Tim:

I’m not certain if I’m an optimist or a pessimist. There are probably plenty of people who know me well who would guess one or the other, all with valid reasons for doing so. A totally unrelated discussion for another day is that the split is probably similar as to whether I’m an extrovert or an introvert. I’m not sure what that means other than that people can know you well and still not know you fully.

If it is asked that whether you will switch to another company if they offer better salary to you then you should say that may be in cases i would like to switch if i feel the opportunity is really better for me.

The best answer should be-"Money is not the only factor that will change my decision in future. Rather Job Satisfaction is much more important for me. If I do feel that i am quite satisfied with the work environment here then I will not change my decision for sure".

good noon ..

If any interviewer put up this ques to you than you should answer what actually you think about it. But one thing you should always keep in during interview while answering any ques you should answer honestly n truthfully because if you dint than they will easily find it out and may cancel or reject your selection.
Coming back to your ques you should answer them that yes you will definitely go for higher package and its no harm in switching other companies and their are many other reasons you can give them which might not help you to adjust in their company but at the time assure them while in your company you will give your best to them and their company.
At the last i would like to say be positive and confident what you are answering them!
i hope this information would be really helpful to you!
BEST OF LUCK N GIVE UR BEST SHOT!
