Am in big confusion.......................... ? i dont know what should i do after B.Sc in computer science? can i get any government jobes ? or can join for I.P.S or Indian Neavy or Army ? can you give suitable instruction pls.

To join IPS, Indian Navy or Indian Army you have to appear in the Competitive written test followed by Interviews.

To apply to IPS you have to appear in the UPSC Civil services exams.
This exam is held in three stages:
Prelims
Mains
Interview

Minimum eligibilty to apply to the prelims exam is Graduation Pass in any stream
Age should be between 21 and 30 years

Next Prelims exams would be held on 19th May 2013

To apply to Indian Army and Navy you have to appear in the UPSC CDS exams.
Eligibilty to apply to CDS is:

Education:
Indian Airforce- Graduation Pass with Physics and Mathematics as subjects in class 12th or BE/BTECH
Indian Navy - Graduation Pass with Physics and Mathematics as subjects in class 12th or BE/BTECH
Indian Military Academy (IMA) - Graduation Pass in any Stream
Officers Training Academy (OTA) - Graduation Pass in any Stream

AGE LIMITS-
IMA- Between 19- 24 years
OTA Between 19- 25 years
NAVY - Between 19- 22 years
AIR FORCE - Between 19- 23 years

Next CDS exams will be held on 8th Sep 2013
Notification will come out on 25th May 2013

You can try for any of the options mentioned here. CDS is the option through which you can join army. You need to clear UPSC conducted civil services exam to join IPS. Other government jobs like CGL by SSC, or Officer Recruitment in railways/defense can be opted. State government also offers adequate career opportunities for B.Sc graduates.

sir, i have decided to join indian army or navy , atpresent i am doing my 12th , i am writing nda but, i wanna join army after degree , so give instruction to join indian army after degree, and which group i should prefer etc please

Soon after the completion of your Graduation in B.Sc Computer Science, if you want to get Government job like IPS or in Navy and Army as you interested, you are eligible to get jobs in those fields.

Completion of Graduation and you should be in the age of 21-30 years to apply for this Exam.

Relaxation will be there in upper age limit upto 3 years for the candidates of OBC category and upto 5 years for the candidates of SC or ST category.

If you want to join Navy or Army, you have to crack CDS Exam.

To apply for Naval Academy through this exam,

You should have completed your Graduation and you should have Mathematics and Physics subjects at your 10+2 level.

Your age should be 19-22 years and no relaxation will be provided in upper age limit for the candidates of any category.
