hi..i am a btech 3rd year ece student .I have 83.1% in 10th 82.5% in 12th and 8.31 gpa till 5th sem...I have already 6-7 papers published in international journal and also will have almost 12-13 more within april.I have also some paper presentation prizes.and maths talent awards..
can anyone tell me when shouldd i apply for gre and toefl?/how much do i need to apply for a top universities in usa????
