Hello, I want to apply for Bihar TET. I belong to General candidate. I want to know what is the age limit for Bihar TET examination for me. Kindly inform me about the age criteria for giving Bihar TET.

Eligibility Criteria Required to apply for Bihar TET Examination;

In order to be eligible for appearing in Bihar TET Examination, you are required to certainly meet this Bihar TET Eligibility Criteria.

<> The minimum educational qualification required generally varies from states i.e., it varies for Primary Stage (Classes I to V) and Elementary Stage (Classes VI to VIII).

<> The basic age criteria required is as follows,
@ Minimum age required for Paper - 18 years
@ Minimum age required for Paper 2 - 21 years
@ Maximum age required General Male - 35 years
@ Maximum age required for General Female - 38 years

Minimum age required for Paper 1 and Paper 2 remains same for all category candidates and only that maximum age limit varies according to caste category.

# For General Male - 35 years (upper limit)

# For BC Male or Female - 38 years
# For OBC Male or Female - 38 years
# For SC Male or Female - 40 years
# For ST Male or Female - 40 years

Age limit in Bihar TET for General category candidates are as follows :

Minimum age Requirement for General category candidates is :

-- For BETET Paper 2 is 21 Years.

How ever maximum age allowed for General category candidates is :

Maximum age varies from male to female as below.

-- For Male candidates : 35 years
