How much Height relaxation is provided to OBC candidates in MP Sub Inspector exam?

The eligibility criteria for post of Sub inspector is given below :

ELIGIBILITY :

* Candidate should be citizen of India.

* Candidates age should be minimum of 18 years and maximum of 28 years.

* Age relaxation is applicable as per norms.

* Candidate should have passed class 10th or diploma or relevant degree from any recognized board of institution.

* Candidates height should be at least 168 cms for OBC/ General/ SC category and minimum of 160 cms for ST candidates.

SELECTION PROCEDURE :

* Written examination.

* Physical test.

* Medical test.

Height of candidate must be more than 170 cms to get in MP Sub Inspector exam.

There is no relaxation in height for OBC Candidates.
Relaxation of 5 cms is provided to candidates belonging to Hill areas of Garhwal, Kumaon, Himachal Pradesh, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas, Kashmir Valley, Leh & Ladakh regions of J&K, North-Eastern States and Sikkim.
And relaxation of 7.5 cms is provided to candidates from Schedule Tribes.
