Salary package and facilities provided to Indian Forest Service Officer?
Hello Everyone,
Kindly tell me what is the salary package of Indian Forest Service Officer? And apart from salary what are the other facilities I can get? |

Salary Offered for Indian Forest Service Officer:
Indian Forest Service Officer's are recruitment through Indian Forest Service Examination which is conducted by Union Public Service Commission. The basic salary offered for Indian Forest Service Officer's is as follows. There are several scales come under this Indian Forest Service, they are, * Junior Time Scale * Senior Time Scale * Junior Administrative Grade * Deputy Conservator of Forest * Conservation of Forest...etc., As Indian Forest Officer start from the Junior Time Scale cadre, the basic salary ranges between Rs.15,500/- to Rs.39,100/- per month with a maximum in hand salary of Rs.50000/- with the Grade Pay of Rs.5400'/-. Besides this, Forest Service Officers will be given several facilities which include Car, rent for houses in which they stay. |
