I have a desire to become a Junior Assistant and just heard about the recruitment of NIOS. So, can I know about the written test of NIOS Junior Assistant recruitment. Kindly provide me the details of the written test and selection procedure.

NIOS select candidates for Junior Assistant position through a written examination followed by a personal interview. The examination consists of questions from:

> General English

> Quantitative Aptitude

> Reasoning

> General Knowledge

Recruitment and Selection Process for the post of Junior Assistant in NIOS :

This is purely a direct recruitment process which is going to be conducted by NIOS board and in this recruitment you should have following desirable qualifications :

>> Senior Secondary from a recognised board
>> Working on Computers with speed of minimum 6000 key depressions per hour
>> Working knowledge of both English and Hindi
>> A bachelor's degree
>> A certificate course in computer application from a recognised institute.
>> About 2 year work experience of similar work in Government/Authorities/Bodies/ Educational Institution.

Candidates should be aware that this is direct recruitment so candidate should fill up application form and send it to proper address where required and then wait for call for test/interview process.

Recruitment will be completed through test or interview is not clear therefore candidate should be ready for every situation means the board may conduct test and interview as well so be prepared and mostly interview will be the first priority in directly recruitment so be prepared for interview process.

The basic educational qualification required to be eligible for this post is Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university with Post Graduate Diploma in Hardware Engineering or Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized board or university. Your age must not exceed 37 years in order to be eligible.
