I know all civil service exams are Indian top most post?
But today becoming corruption as mainly in Delhi?
So what are the main top post regarding this point of view?

To join in Indian Civil Service you need to apply for the UPSC exams which is helding it and as per that you need to apply for the entrance exam for joining.And regarding the top most post,there is nothing specific because every 3 post is different from one another

To tell about the eligibility conditions it is that the candidate should have:

# Citizenship in India

# Age limit of 21-30 for General category and for SC/ST it is 21-35 years and for OBC it is 21-33 years

# Education qualification needed is that the candidate should have completed a Degree from a recognized university and it can be any stream of education


If you satisfy all these criteria for the exam then you can apply for the Civil service exams and for more info check at http://www.upsc.gov.in
