sir i want to know when is the application of military academy will be released?? Tell me date of military academy

If you want to join Indian Military Academy, then you have to apply for Combined Defense Services Examination, which is conducted by UPSC every year two times.

You need a Graduation degree to become eligible for this examination and you have to be medically fit to join the military academy.

The age limit for Combined Defense Service Exam for different academy is given below.

1. Indian Air Force Academy: 19 to 23 years

2. Indian Naval Academy : 19 to 22 years

3. Indian Military Academy : 19 to 24 years

4. Officers' Training Academy: 19 to 25 years

The selection will be on merit and you have to face following stages.

1. Written Exam

2. SSB Interview

3. Medical Examination

The Indian Military Academy examination 2014 will be held on 26th October, 2014. So, there is no chance for you to appear for the exam at this year, the last date for submission of the application forms have been closed. So, you need to appear for the Indian Military Academy next year.

Eligibility Criteria :-
To appear for the Indian Military Academy examination, you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria as mentioned below :-

1.You must have completed the bachelor's degree or equivalent from any recognised university.

2.You must be in between 19-24 years old.

3.You must be a citizen of India.

4.You must be an unmarried male candidate.

By satisfying the above mentioned eligibility criteria, you can appear for the Indian Military Academy examination. After qualifying the written test, you will be called for the personal interview, based on your performance in both the rounds of the exam, you will be selected into the Indian Military Academy.
