Hi friends, suppose a candidate is qualified in IBPS exam and selection in Bank then from IBPS then when the respective bank send the joining letter? I would like to know after selected in any respective bank then from when a candidate going for work?

IBPS will send a selection and confirmation email to all selected students registered email id about the bank they have alloted. After this process, the role of IBPS finishes and further process is done by alloted bank.

So, it is alloted bank's decision, when to call the candidates for training and joining. Usually, they call selected candidates within a month from the selection date. But, this process might take 3 - 6 months in rare cases.

After getting selected through IBPS examination, the provisional allotment will be made to the respective bank by the IBPS based on the merit. After that, the respective bank will send the joining details to the candidate and from then, the candidate can join the bank.

After clearing written examinations in IBPS, there would take 3 to 4 months to send you for training. And the training will be of 6 months. Then after you get the call letter from the bank.

So, the overall time required to get a call letter from Bank after clearing IBPS is approx 9 months to 10 months.

It is a process of 6 to 7 months before sending joining letter.
After qualifying all phases of examination it takes at least 1 month to get joining letter.
But firstly you have to go for 6 months training. After completing of training you can go to join in selected bank which is allotted to you.
