I am doing my graduation and i am 21 year old .
I got only 50% marks in graduation .

Job opportunities depend on your specialization. For commerce, you can take jobs such as CA, company secretary and CA analyst. In science, you can try for research companies for analyst or research associate or junior associate in drug industry or pharma companies or paint companies. In arts, you can take jobs such as Psychologist, Counselor, Economist, Market analyst, Sociologist, Social Worker, Historian, Anthropologist, Human Resources, Personal Executive, Writer/journalist/Editor, lawyer, Media Personnel, School Teacher/College Professor/university Professor etc.

I'm 31 year old belongs to(most backward caste), what's the maximum age limit to attend the government exams, is there any exception given for the most back work caste.
