sir, suppose that any student have passed in 2nd class in their 12th ,can they apply for admission in Pondicherry university ( suppose they got 55 percent) please sir reply me

Pondicherry university which is established in the year of 1985 and this university comes under the top universities of India. All students who are seeking to take admission in the Pondicherry university must completed his or her 12th class (Higher Secondary School).

There are several courses in the Pondicherry university. I am listing here some of them if you want to take admission in these courses you need to have minimum qualification of the higher secondary school i.e. 12th class.
These all are the undergraduate courses -

B.Com Bachelor in Commerce
BA Tamil Bachelor in Arts
BA Economics
B.Sc. Mathematics Bachelor in Science
B.Sc. Zoology
B.SC. Chemistry
B.Sc. Computer Science

So one need to have minimum qualification of the 12th class in order to take admission in these courses.
For the B.Com One need to have accountancy subject in his/her 12th class.

For the admission in the BA Tamil one need to have compulsory subject of Tamil in his/her 12th class.

And in order to take admission in the BA Economics one need to have minimum qualification of 12th class with economics as a compulsory subject.

For Taking admission in the B.Sc. Mathematics subject one need to have minimum qualification of the 12th class and Maths as a one of subject.

And if anybody wants to take admission in the B.Sc. Chemistry than he or she need to have minimum qualification of HSC and Chemistry/Foundation Science one of the subject in his/her 12th class. There is no minimum marks criteria set by the Pondicherry University to take admission in these courses.

75% seats are reserved for those candidates who are belongs to the Karaikal Region and 25% seats are reserved for those candidates who are belongs to Pondicherry Territory region.
