Job Profile: The Pondicherry University has openings for the post of the Teaching Assistant which demand a regular shift. It requires a dedicated one towards the work and a highly proficient in English and good communication skill.

Duration: The post is for a period of two years, extendable up to four years depending on the performance of the candidate.

Selection Process: Short listed candidates will be called for an interview.

Pay Scale: The emoluments for the teaching assistant will be Rs.12, 000/- per month + HRA

Educational Qualifications: The candidate applying for the post of the teaching assistant in the Pondicherry must at least have a first class M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/any branch of Life Sciences or First class M.Sc. (Computer Science) or M.C.A. or M.E./M.Tech in Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/Computer Science. NET or GATE qualified candidates will also be preferred.
