I completed my graduation first year from BHU in 2001. After a long time in 2009 I took admission in second year through Pune university. I completed my graduation in 2010 as first year from one university and second & third year from other university. Is this graduation degree valid for competitive exams? Please guide me as I am in confusion.

If there was no problem in taking the admission in the other university, there would not be any problem in applying for the competitive exams unless you have not acquired this degree through any unfair means.

Otherwise it is totally valid degree. If there were any problems, they would have not given you the admission in the other university on the first place, so, in my opinion, there would not be any problem for you.
