Can I get admission in a law college with less than 45% in my Graduation?

You can not do LLB after graduation ,if you consist 45% marks in your graduation.

The admission process to law programmes is not uniform. There is different entrance exam of criteria to do Law course.

CLAT exam is conducted to take admission in LLB after graduation in National Law School or University.

Delhi University conducts own entrance exam to take admission.

Some Law college admitting students based on merit list.

The minimum marks needed for LLB are 50% at Graduation level. Since, you have scored below 50% marks so you have less chance to get admission for LLB course. However, if you belong from reserving category then you may have a chance to get admission for LLB course.

LLB stands for (Bachelor of Law) is a three year Graduation, which is divided into six semesters.

-> Applicant must be a Graduate in any discipline recognized from recognized university. The applicant from General category must score minimum 50% percentage of marks.

-> The applicant from SC/ST or OBC category candidates must score minimum 45% percentage of marks. The Applicant should be qualified CLAT Entrance Examination or other reputed Entrance Examination for admission for LLB course.,

If your 12th standard marks is above 50% then you are eligible for LLB course because LLB course does not depends on graduation marks.

You can join LLB course through CLAT exam.

If you have completed 12th standard from any stream with above 50% marks from recognized board then you are eligible to attend in CLAT exam.

Your age should be below 20 years.

I want to take admission in llb and I have got 40% in graduation so how could I take admission in llb pls suggest.I belong from general category

General candidates - 50% marks in graduation minimum

OBC – a minimum of 45 percent marks in the degree level examination.

SC – at least 40 percent marks in the qualifying examination.

ST – a minimum of 40 percent marks in the qualifying examination.

PwD – The PwD category candidates should have obtained 45 percent and more marks in the degree-level examination.

CW – 45 percent and more marks in the degree-level examination
