Is there entrance exam to apply for pilot training? Can you please let me know how to apply? What is the step by step procedure followed? It will be really helpful if you can answer me soon as possible. Please guide me on the same. thank you!

No, there is no entrance examination to apply for pilot training in India. Those candidates who have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics subjects can apply for the admission to the pilot training course. Candidate’s age should be at least 17 years. Candidates should clear the Class I Medical Fitness Examination approved by D.G.C.A recognized Doctor. Private Pilot Training, Student Pilot Training and Commercial Pilot Training courses are available in the flying schools. The pilot training courses are available in various flying schools in India. The pilot training fee is very high.

To become a pilot firstly clear your 10+2 exam with physics, chemistry and maths with minimum of 50% marks.

Yes you will have to sit for the entrance exam of the flying schools in India.

The test is basically based on subjects like:-
English

General knowledge.

Maths

Physics and Chemistry.
