i am post graduate in commerce faculty (M.com with 1st class)61%.

sir my english language is not strong so please help me
please help me can i study phd?

Yes, you are eligible to do Ph.D after completion of M. Com with 61% marks:-

Those candidates who have completed master degree from a recognised University with 55% marks are eligible for Ph.D course

There is no age criteria for Ph.D course.

You have completed M.Com degree with above 61% marks, So you are eligible for Ph.D course.

But you should qualify in UGC NET exam.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree with above 55% marks from a recognized university are eligible for UGC NET entrance exam. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

There are no age criteria.

Candidates must have completed M.Com degree from a recognised University.

Yes, you can very much pursue PhD course if you have completed PG course and have scored above 55% in aggregate and in your case I am sure to say that you are very much eligible for it.

You will just have to appear for PhD entrance examination and once you have cleared the paper, you will be very much eligible to get admission in the course in any good Institute.

Yes, of course you are definitely eligible for PhD course after completing M.Com with 61% of marks. You need to appear and qualify in the NET/SLET examination with good marks in order to get admission to PhD course.
