Am I eligible to study PhD in Applied Mathematics in Aligarh Muslim University if completed M.Sc(Mathematics) about 6 years ago?

I have done my M.Sc(Mathematics) in 6 years ago
and I want to do PhD in Applied Mathematics from
Aligarh Muslim University. I am eligible for getting admission?

You have completed M.Sc in Mathematics in 6 years ago so you are eligible for Ph.D in Applied Mathematics.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree from a recognized university are eligible for Ph.D entrance exam. General and OBC candidates should hold 55% and above marks in masters degree. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

There is no age criteria for Ph.D course but your age should be below 28 years for JRF post.
