I have not history honours in graduation history was my pass subject in graduation and MA in history with first class. May I apply for NET and SET or SLET examination?

Yes, definitely you can apply for the above mentioned examinations after the completion of MA in History. You must have to score a minimum of 55% of marks in your MA course to be eligible for the entrance examination.
Candidates those who have completed their Masters degree in the relevant field from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% of marks in it are eligible to apply for the NET/SET/SLET examinations.
