How can I pursue PhD in Nanophysics/Optical Fiber Sensor being a Applied Physics postgraduate and a Lecturer?

I have done M.Sc in Applied Physics and I am a Lecturer in an Engineering collage in Indore. How I can do PhD in Nanophysics or on topic Optical Fiber Sensor? |
