Possibility to study PhD in Hindi for a Private candidate who has completed PG from Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur?


Sir,
I did my Post Graduation in Hindi from Rani Durgavati University Jabalpur as private candidate with 58%. Now I want to do PhD in HINDI. Can I do it?

You have completed post graduation degree in Hindi so you are eligible for Ph.D course in Hindi but you should qualify in UGC NET exam.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree from a recognized university are eligible for NET exam. General and OBC candidates should hold 55% and above marks in masters degree. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

Age criteria for NET exam:-

For JRF Post :-Your age should be below 28 years.

For Lectureship Post :-There is no age criteria.
