M.Tech does not come under any board. M.Tech comes under university, and the university must be approved by both UGC and AICTE. The best institutes to pursue M.Tech course is IITs. This is because of the excellent infrastructure, good quality teaching and exposure present in the IITs. However, if you had mentioned about the branch of engineering then it would have been possible to provide you the detailed list best IITs for it. IIT, Kanpur, Delhi, MUMBAI, Kharagpur and Chennai are among the top IITs.
