sir i want to know is PGDATHM COURSE (POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN AIRLINES TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT )equivalent WITH MASTER DEGREE .ACTUALLY I HAVE COMPLETED MY PGDATHM COURSE FROM PUNJAB TECHNICAL UNIVERSTITY.AND EVEN ALSO I HAVE DONE MY BACHELOR DEGREE OF TOURISM MANAGEMENT FROM KURUKSHESTRA UNIVERSTIY.PGDATHM COURSE OFFER A 16 SUBJECT AS PER THE MASTER DEGREE IN TOURISM MANAGEMENT IS ALSO 16 SUBJECT .I HAVE SCORED OF 990/1600 MARKS WITH 61.87% IS AM Eligible of ugc net for exam.

Any PGDM holder is not eligible for NET unless and until, the university/institute from where he has done his/her PGDM is approved/recognized by both UGC and AICTE.

NET stands for National Eligibility Test which is conducted twice time in year by UGC.

Those candidate who have completed masters degree from a recognized university are eligible for NET exam. General and OBC candidate's be hold 55% above marks in masters degree. For SC/ST candidate its hold 50% above in masters degree.

Age criteria for NET exam:-

For JRF Post :-Your age should be below 28 years.

For Lectureship Post :-There is no age criteria.
