I am Prem Kumar. I have completed my B.Sc. in catering science and hotel management. I am working as a food handler till date in hotel industry. I want to become food safety inspector so i want to know which further course should i do now?

The eligibility criteria required for Food Safety Inspector are as follows :

*The candidates should be a citizen of India.
*The candidates should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognize university .
*The age limit is 21 - 30 years there is a age relaxation for reserved candidates.

Food Safety Inspector is a good post in Hotel Industry. It is good that you want to become Food Safety Inspector. You are already eligible for this as you done Graduation.
