Respected people, I am a student of S.T.J.I.T. engineering college Ranebennur, I am asking that I am having 88% in 10th, 74% in 12th and in engineering I am having aggregate of 71% but I had failed in 3rd semester after that I am not having any backlogs please tell whether I can also attend your campus placement via off campus?

As you have scored very good marks in 10th, 12th and B.E till 3rd semester, you are eligible for the campus placement conducted by any company. You are also eligible for leading MNCs also with your marks. The important aspect should be the companies should visit your college for campus placement. You can contact your college placement cell to know about the companies visiting your campus. You should be clear with your basic concepts of your stream and you should able to explain well your projects. You should have good communication skills and aptitude skills to clear the selection process. The selection process consists of written test (aptitude and reasoning) and interview.

As per marks criteria, you can apply for on campus and off campus placement. If you have cleared your pending backlog then you are eligible for off campus placement.

No, I am sorry to say that you are not eligible to attend the off campus placement. For that candidates should have scored minimum 60% marks throughout their academic career without any backlogs. According to your question you have scored good marks throughout, but you have failed in the 3rd semester. So, you are not eligible for off campus placement, you have to clear that first and then attend it.
