I have scored low percentage in my 10th standard 48% and I have completed my diploma in Instrumentation and Control Engineering with 96.8% and completed BE Electronics and Instrumentation with 73%. During the campus interview they didn't leave me to attend a single company in my campus really vexed will I get any job in software or in any other companies please guide me and reply.

As far as my best knowledge is concerned, you are not eligible to apply for appearing in Software companies recruitment's with the above mentioned criteria. Basically there is a certain educational qualification criteria that is required in order to be eligible.

>> You must have completed B.E/ B.Tech/ BCA/ M.E/ M.Tech/ MCA..etc., in concerned stream from a recognized university.

>> Minimum Percentage Required :-

* In 10th Class - 60% marks
* In 12th Class - 60% marks
* In Graduation/ Post Graduation - 60% marks

>> You must have secured minimum 60% throughout the academics in order to be eligible.

>> As you have secured 48% marks which are less than 60% marks, I am very sorry to say that you are not eligible to appear in MNC software companies recruitment's.

>> I suggest you to find employment opportunities in some scale Industries as most them of them don's consider percentage criteria much.

Don't worry you can have good future. For this first you need to try for start up companies rather than going for MNC's because MNC's asks for a minimum of 70% in 10,+2 and B.Tech/B.E but start up companies do not keep such restrictions.So, try for start up companies which are relevant to you and after gaining experience you can get into an MNC after 3 or 4 years.

There are many small IT companies available for you, if you are not eligible for campus interviews of big MNCs. You can try to apply through various job portals or even through consultancies.

Normally, big IT companies prefer only those candidates, who have 60% or above throughout their academic career.
