First of all you have to get all your skills back in order. It has been a long time, you left your college and with a big gap, it will be difficult to get job at any reputed companies. You should try for job at small companies first.

You can get a job at any small company and after working for some time, you can look for other options. If you can pursue a skill based course from a good place, then it will be good for you.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
